ARRIVING TO CRUISE SHIP

Long Term Cruise Parking is not available next to the cruise ship. The parking lot is approximately six to ten minutes from the cruise port and operates additional hours on cruise departure/arrival days. Once you are parked, simply hop on our free courtesy shuttle back to the ship. This is the guaranteed fastest way to start your vacation!

Additional information when arriving at the cruise terminal:
  • If arriving by car, you may be driven onto the B-Street pier for drop-off by presenting your ID and a ship ticket for that date.
  • If arriving by air or motorcoach, make sure all luggage has your name and address attached.
  • You will be required to show picture ID and ship ticket in order to access the pier and enter the cruise ship terminal.
  • Your picture ID and ship ticket must be shown for check-in, along with your passport or birth certificate.
  • Picture ID and security card must be shown at the gangway in order to board the ship.
  • Passports are required for Mexico cruises

We provide three parking options to cater to different customer preferences. First, we offer a self-park option for those who prefer to park their own vehicles. For our indoor parking, please be aware that there is a height restriction of 6 feet 6 inches. However, there is no height restriction for outdoor parking. It is important to note that we do not accept trailers, campers, RVs, dual axle vehicles, or oversize vehicles at Fox Auto Parks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
We gladly accept motorcycles and bicycles for parking; however, we recommend that you bring your own lock to secure them. Please keep in mind that only the self-park option is available for motorcycles and bicycles. Feel free to choose this option when parking your motorcycle or bicycle with us.
We provide electric vehicle (EV) charging services with two payment options. You can choose our all-inclusive rate, which covers all charging costs, or opt for a pay-per-kilowatt option at a rate of 40 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh). Please note: EV charging is currently on available at the LAX location”.

Upon entering our facility, please drive your vehicle into one of the designated numbered spaces in the check-in area. Once parked, unload your luggage and make a note or take a picture of your license plate. Proceed to the main office where you can check in, drop off your key, and our staff will valet park your vehicle. Rest assured that your vehicle will be ready and waiting for you upon your return.
Yes, we offer additional benefits and services along with our valet parking. Apart from ensuring the safe parking of your vehicle, we provide options for car washing and detailing. You can choose to have your vehicle washed or detailed while it is parked in our facility. This way, you can conveniently return to a clean and refreshed vehicle at the end of your visit.
Absolutely! We prioritize the security and safety of our customers’ vehicles and their keys. Our valet service employs a secure system for handling car keys. We have established protocols in place to ensure that your keys are properly labeled, securely stored, and only accessed by authorized personnel. Our staff members are trained to handle keys responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality. Rest assured that your car keys are in safe hands throughout the duration of our valet service.
Our facility is open seven days a week, with operating hours from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

Location and Transportation

Our facility is conveniently located approximately 2 miles away from the airport terminals.
We offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport terminal. Our shuttles are available from 4:00 AM until 12:30 AM (midnight) to ensure convenient transportation for our customers.

Duration and Timings

While we do provide overnight parking for your vehicle, please note that we do not allow “ins and outs.” Additionally, we offer long-term airport parking options for multiple days or weeks to cater to your extended parking needs.
You are welcome to park your car with us for any duration without a specific time limit. However, if you plan to park for more than 3 months, we kindly request a periodic payment to maintain an open reservation for your convenience.
Our facility operates from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and the final shuttle pickup is scheduled for 12:30 AM.
During peak travel times, we go the extra mile by providing additional shuttles and staffing to accommodate valet parking efficiently. However, we strongly advise customers to book their reservations in advance and allow ample time to catch their flights. Despite the availability of extra shuttles and staff, please be aware that heavy traffic at LAX during peak travel periods can cause delays. It’s always better to plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time to ensure a smooth travel experience.
